For Sale - 5 berth family friendly layout - Bailey Pageant Provence Series 5 (2005) Caravan We have owned this caravan for 2 years being the second owner and since new it has been well looked after (It has been in our family all its life). This is a much sought after family layout which none of the manufacturers currently offer in their line-ups. It consists of an L-Shaped front diner (with large off side picture window and sliding sunroof which lets plenty of light in), with a large comfy double bed, galley kitchen with ample storage for food items as well as cutlery, plates and glasses. The rear of the van consists of a double dinette which can either make two small singles, a large double with the added addition of a bunk over the top. The rear has the benefit that it can also be used as a separate changing area having the added benefit of a solid wood dividing door. We found it perfect when putting our 3 young children to bed as we could close the door and still watch the TV without disturbing them. The bathroom is large for a van of this size and benefits from a separate shower cubicle as well as a wash hand basin and Thetford toilet. Next to the bathroom is a large sized family wardrobe. All the cushions are sprung and have been protected with throws. The caravan benefits from a gas fire with blown air and the addition of the 240v supplementary heating system which enables the van to be quickly heated on gas, electric or both. There is a status aerial fixed on the roof complete with booster, 12v/140v/gas fridge, large gas oven with separate grill, 4 burner gas hob and a sink with integrated drainer. Both the sink and hob has flush fitting glass lids to maximise and extend work top space to the kitchen. There is a 240v/gas water heater to provide ample hot water for washing up and showering. It is fitted with a hitch head stabiliser as well as a under-slung chassis mounted spare wheel and carrier and an alkolock. The van is in excellent condition with all documentation and has been regularly serviced. We are also selling with the van 2 x awnings, one is a bradcott awning in grey, 1 x fiamma awning which we currently have attached to the non door side of the caravan, this pulls out and we use it as a shelter on a night time but comes complete with the sides. We have a full length groundsheet, 2 x 30 litre water butts and 1 x 40 litre water butt which connects to an aquaroll, also included, water butt carrier and water butt stand.
