Here we have our privately owned static caravan, owned by us for the last 2yrs, but due to a change in work commitments mean we simply dont get the use any more. Other bedroom has twin beds, double wardrobe, and plug point near bed for bedside light. Bathroom has, toilet, electric shower and sink, again all in good order and full working condition. Admittedly not the most attractive van from the outside, due to the centre lounge layout, this affords a larger bedroom at either end.Once your on the inside that's what counts. The overall condition of the van is i would say nearly new, apart from a few marks on the lino in the kitchen area. Overall a vary comfortable van, in which we have enjoyed many a happy break,will be sad to see this go but circumstance dictates, so there we go. Externally there is hard standing/parking for 2 cars, location site wise i would put this van central as your no more than a 5 minute walk from the beach access, onsite fishing lake, or the main complex. Every owner is entitled to 8 site passes, so feel free to share with friends and family. Onsite there is bar, cafe, childrens entertainment, childrens pool, crazy golf, grocery store, gym , laundry facilites, live entertainment, playground, restraunt, steam room and sauna, indoor swimming pool, takeaway, snack bar, wifi in main complex, please note some facilities require additional payment Location Sand-Le-Mere Holiday Village is an independently run holiday park that enjoyed a massive £4 million investment on park facillities in 2012. On site you will find a brand new leisure complex with family entertainment centre, soft play area for the kids, indoor pool, smaller attached pool for tots, a gym*, steam room and sauna, bar, restaraunt, takeaway and cafe. There is also a small on site store to supply you with any holiday basics you may require. Other facillities include fresh water* and beach fishing (doggie friendly beach year round), laundrette*, crazy golf*, Sky Sports, Wi Fi* (in main complex) plus evening family entertainment * extra fee payable Out & About You are only a 2 minute walk from the on site beach access, miles of countryside walks to enjoy and a short drive from surrounding attractions. Withernse, Burstwick, Burton Constable, Holmpton and Hedon are 5 to 10 miles away. Hornsea, Hull (The Deep), Ganstead and Spurn Point (nature reserve) are 10 to 20 miles away.
