Very comfortable for the kids with lie flat option on buggy seats. My twins loved it and we used it until they were three. You can position seats as you like facing forward or back or both! It is narrow like a single buggy so easy to get through doorways and fits easily on buses. It is long (depending on how you place the seats), but you get used to 'driving' it and it's no harder than most buggies in tight spaces. There is a big shopping basket underneath which is a big plus. You do need a car with a big boot to store it though.
